A Semi-Busy Day II
Tue Apr 01 2025

Well, dear friends, evening has come to Janesville, Wisconsin. My caregiver Jackie has left for the day and will come back tomorrow afternoon when I return home dialysis. Deb will be here by 8:15 AM tomorrow to get me going for the day and downstairs by 10:30 AM to catch my ride to dialysis for treatment at Mercy Dialysis Center. Eve Evern, though my trust in MercyHealth has gone down in the past 2 1/2 years, I still have my favorite technicians and nurses, and staff. Anyway, I had a semi-busy day today all day long. Even my fur babies had a busy day.

When it comes to semi-busy days to busy days in my household, it can get chaotic and a little hectic. I do my best to be a good friend by visiting with neighbors downstairs, and that is what I did today after my appointment with t to my IRIS nurse. Every sixty to ninety days, certain members who work for ADRC and TMG have to make home visits to oversee and hear how things are going or need some work. These visits are mandatory with the programs now owned through the government. I do not understand everything the government has on the disabled and handicapped in the world, but I do my darndes to understand some important issues of the handicapped and disavled beings of the world. It is not easy for me to express myself to other people to become a voice to be heard the way I talk. I do not feel I am always heard because I will voice my concerns about what is important to me.

Semi-Busy to being busy in my day does not come easy for me these days. I have to follow a couple of caregivers during the day, on top of making sure my routine is smooth from the beginning of my day to the end of my day. With my routine of each day goes by appointments and treatment, the day of getting out for the day to the movies, go to the nail salon to get your nails pretty for the month, go to the library or for a walk, go out to eat somewhere special. I have to follow a regimen of tasks to get ready for the day, have a decent breakfast and I love my eggs and pickles, and cheese every morning.

Well, looking at the time, it is time for me to take my evening meds, get my electronics where they need to be for the night, and relax until I fall asleep for the night. My day is pretty much done for the day. I will be back tomorrow. I have dialysis from 11:45 am to 2:30 pm tomorrow, and maybe I can get in early again like yesterday, Monday. I was kind of in and out of sleep last night and had a semi-busy day today.
