It is 4:52 am and I am up writing and watching Downton Abbey. A sleepless night has happened again tonight. Ugh. I do not like nights like this, but they come and go during the 7-day week once or twice. It is the weekend and I do not have dialysis again until Monday now. We have had been doing dialysis at home now.

Been anxious to hear how that at home Dialysis has been going for you i bet it is much better than going out 3 days a week for it
Yes, it is. Just a few steps from my bedroom where I can walk to and from the livingroom. We love it! With ALL the other appointment, we can work around them. We do it 4x a week at home. On M, T, Th, and F. We have W and Sat and Sun free. During that period, I watch my fluid intake and salty items down to prevent fluid gain and thing my kidney any further.
Also, once I get a journal permanently established here at DD, I will be sharing my treatments at home among all of the other diaries I have here at DD.
One thing that has helped me with my sleepless nights is that my doctor prescribed Trazedon and Melatonin for me and with that combination, most nights I sleep like a baby.
I am also being prescribed of the same meds
