I cannot believe that my weekend is about over, and a new week of dialysis begins in the morning at 11:45 am. Although I go willingly, I do not like going there like I once did. My taste for MercyHealth has changed big time—trust has been lost everywhere except one area, the radiology department where I get my catheter replaced. Jackie’s trust in MercyHealth has been misplaced when sheA was her husband’s POA, and they would not listen to her about removing an ankle on her husband and told her to take her husband home to die. Her trust in MercyHealth had been misplaced after three weeks later when he did die at home. Remember what happened a week ago, should have not happened, but it did. Dr. Anjum knowing I rarely miss a treatment, should not have scolded me for missing a day because my caregivers could not get me out Friday, November 29th because Jackie got sick, and Deb was not going to get here until 5 pm that evening. I had no choice and no one else to help me get out in time for my ride.
