Now home from dialysis, had a salad for supper tonight and had grapes and string cheese, and cheese balls (Cheetos) for a snack. I love Chester Cheetah the mascot for Cheetos). I am lookin* forward to my weekend and once again it is going to be a very long night for no reason because my brain is in its thinking mode and I hate these kind of nights. Sleep will be either none or just three to four hours. Thank goodness it is the weekend and I can rest. With Jackie not feeling very well today, Deb got me in my apartment after dialysis, fed me my supper, and got my snacks set aside with my nightly water bottles. I am all set for a relaxing weekend of journaling, reading, watching TV, and taking moments of Magic’s need to cuddle and snuggle with his momma (me). I do have to admit that I can write a chapter of my life right now. I do not really want to, though. I am kind of moody right now. I am so looking forward to being a lazy gal this weekend. Oh my goodness gracious, I have not read in a while these days. Hmmm, what happened?! Not a thing. I can go weeks without picking up a book or a Kindle b. I am just fine.
For a while and an hour into the Sabbath, I watched R. L. Stine’s televised Goosebumps. I enjoy stories like Goosebumps. Although I watched a couple of Goosebumps during the Sabbath hour at the beginning of sundown, I turned to the CSI franchise on my Fire TV in my bedroom. Yep, I am now resting or trying to rest anyway. I am glad I do not have dialysis until Monday morning. I need a break from all these appointments, okay? Yay! I Make the Transition Work.
While I make the transition from MS Word to Pages, I have to admit that my decision took some serious hem hawing and thinking of saving money. I looked into the cost of $6.99 and $9.99 and in canceling my subscription to M365, I can save from $89-$120 a year in giving up Microsoft. My monies can go to groceries and other very important items and expenses. Hmm, Pages, Numbers, and Keynote are similar to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Because Windows operating system is Bill Gates and Mac iOS is Steve Jobs, I have an understanding in both operating systems and software. I prefer Mac over Windows because it is simply easier and simple. I do not regret making this decision because I am simply one person to find hard to please about electronics and use them to their full potential and power. Sometimes it is very difficult get rid of the power in my life at a reasonable time in life. I will be okay, too.
Tired
I did not sleep much last night for the fact that my brain was on its thinking mode rampage. It made it for a long night, but I survived on little sleep all these years. I should be able to sleep better tonight now that I am writing and journaling about things or whatever is considered a flat surface— I am tired and want to take a nap now, but I do not dare do so. I would not sleep tonight. Goodbye for now. More later—I hope anyway
