Communication between ER to my primary doctor at SSM Health DID NOT happen, so Jackie called Dr. Taylor on Monday when she learned the staff in the ER did call to give him any information about being at the ER and that I was admitted. I believe MercyHealth staff get so busy at times that they forget to call other doctors within and out of the hospital emergency and hospital. Ugh!
