Had A Good Time Out
Well, I will not argue that my day went well. The temperature was a little chilly on the way back home because I was driving / riding my power chair against the wind on the way home. My arms proved to be chilled on the way home yet I did not put on my sweater while outdoors to and from the apartment building. I enjoyed having lunch with my ex high school sweetheart, but because he is a married man to someone else now, I had my caregiver with us to keep me and Scott comfortable seeing each other alone. Also, knowing there are people who know our high school history as boyfriend and girlfriend and he’s married, when his wife Kelly is not with him, then I will not see him in public alone. We don’t want tongues wagging that they saw me and Scott having lunch at such and such place and saying that it looked like we were pretty chummy and such. I do not want others think I am a wrecker of marriages when I am not. Scott and I still love each other , but because he’s married to someone else, my love for him as a supporting friend for him and his wife. His wife Kelly is a dear friend and I will not overstep their boundaries of their relationship. I have Ken now. Scott and Kelly S approve of Ken as they met him at our 30th class reunion get together at Bodacious across the street before I moved to Garden Court. I have watched plenty of daytime dramas to know what happens to couples in those dramas because if I do not watch how I step, I will be living a soap opera life similar to Melrose Place and Beverly Hills, 90210 teenage drama life. I am not going to be a homewreaker!
Now I am home again. I visited with a neighbor in the community room for a while before having Jackie get me in bed for the rest of the afternoon. I rarely visit in the lobby and community room because of the drama that goes n between some of tenants who live here. I did have a. great time being out today…
