Today was a great day. Although I HAD to see my primary doctor at 9:45 am because I was hospitalized for a colonoscopy mishap and the need to see a specialist and my stay in the hospital was not really necessary to be very honest with you, although Deb did the right thing calling Froedert to describe my situation as blood around my bowels being black as tar and there was blood due to a hemorrhagic bleed. The nurse called Deb back and we walked to the ER at Mercy where Jackie met us in the parking lot getting to the hospital at the same time that took me and Deb 10 to 15 minutes getting to our destination of the morning, spending a few hours in the ER and being admitted to see a GI specialist on the last night and finding out that I had cleared out and not needing a 4th colonoscopy and my first endoscopy Wednesday morning that week, and was able to leave the hospital after my second dialysis treatment in the hospital that week. WHAT A WEEK I feel I had that week. I was GLAD to go home and relax in my own home with my babied Magic and Millie. WhAt great joys my two cats š šāā¬ are in my life. They are my emotional support pets. I love them and consider them my feline kiddos. My babies mean the world to me! I know itās silly at times, but I donāt have any human children of my own now.
Anyway, I am rattling on and on. Itās late and I have dialysis in the morning. The weekend is FINALLY coming into view here in a couple of days. With this week busy with appointments everyday except Saturday, the weekend is something I am looking forward to having this week.
Tuesday morning
I spent an hour at the dentist office after taking an hour and 15 minutes to get there in a Milwaukee, Wisconsin to have what I thought was 4 teeth pulled, but was 5 teeth. Woohoo, I endured the teeth being pulled using what dentists call the laughing gas instead of being put in twilight mode with an IV. What an experience that was not too bad after all. The dentist, Dr. Blocher (pronounced Blocker) DID A GREAT JOB administering the wonder numbing medicine to numb my gums around the teeth he pulled from my mouth. What a wonderful day it turned into when, at first, I dreaded going to someone I did not know. Yay!
A Good/Fair week this Week i think
Although I havenāt seen Friday yet or Saturday. It has been a good/fair week this week to be very honest with you. Today, being June 5th, my day was a busy one with two different appointments in one day. I enjoy getting a manicure once to twice a month. I have one more dialysis treatment this week left. I donāt think I am going to pull an all night being awake, but itās definitely late right now āa few minutes before midnight. What a wonderful day I had today!
