Because MTM screwed up my ride yesterday to go to t clinic, we called MTM to cancel my ride to my dialysis treatment from 7 AM to 10 AM, and my 2 PM appointment in Milwaukee. Not realizing it was Frida yesterday, I feel embarrassed this afternoon because thinking it is Friday and not Saturday when I knew it was Friday last night. Ummm, what happened to the hours of 10 pm to 9 am when Jackie arrived between 9 am and 10 am this morning? Ummmm, I do not know what happened to my thought process from night to this morning. I am embarrassed for forgetting it’s Saturday! I am having treatment today, Saturday, July 25, 2026 BECAUSE MTM screwed up my ride to two appointments yesterday morning and afternoon, and M did NOT call Madison Area Transport that I was NOT going to Milwaukee for my 2 pm appointment. I think MTM screws up a lot because they have workers who do NOT pay attention to the schedule in front of them. i wish that I did not have to rely on strangers who either work from home or in an office to get my schedule for medical rides! It is frustrating and annoyin to talk to some of the MTM employees over the phone! I do my best at scheduling ALL of my appointments on the app MTM has for all rides to be scheduled, but if it’s 24 hours before, MTM will not honor the medical rides! I wish me could call the desired medical ride to schedule medical appointments and rides! It would be easier and faster!
Today, because it is Saturday, I guess I do not have Saturday and Sunday to lay in bed and veg out.i am taking 2 hours and 54 minutes of my day to be on the dialysis machine here at home. UGH! All because MTM screwed up with my medical ride for Friday, July 24th! Not cool! Deb is out of town with family at her Dad’s until tomorrow afternoon and will be back to work on Monday. Thank goodness. She has been gone since Wednesday afternoon when I got done with dialysis Wednesday afternoon. That is WHY I went to the clinic on Thursday and I was supposed to Friday morning, then go to my 2 pm skin check in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for going ahead to be on the kidney transplant list for Milwaukee instead of Madison, Wisconsin this time like my first tramsplant. Woohoo, I am almost done dialyzing for the rest of the weekend! Woohoo, yay!
