Diamond Art, Library, and Citrus Cafe
Since I was going to have lunch at Citrus Cafe with my caregiver Jackie and ex-boyfriend from high school, Jackie and I left Garden Court around 10:30 to do some shopping for some diamond art projects and go to the library before heading to Citrus Cafe for lunch. The weather, a fine but windy morning and afternoon on the way back home, I got out of the apartment/house for a while today and enjoy the fresh air. Although the day was cloudy and the ground showed signs of rain yesterday evening, I had a wonderful day. I think Jackie and Scott saw some of the ‘old’ Kristi today. I was sassy and funny all day,and throwing out comebacks from Jackie’s sassiness. Oops! LOL…
Jackie and I went to Diamond Art Creations and the library. I have read a couple of books I had at home the last couple of months and was itching to read another story or two, and the public library is just a couple of blocks from Garden Court. Not sure if it is up or down the street because I haven’t looked at the addresses on other businesses and residential apartment complexes and buildings that closely. I have noticed that my address 208 N Main Street and Citrus Cafe’s address is 208 S Main Street, though. As an observer, and as an avid observer that I am, I find that pretty cool and awesome, and almost comical to be very honest with you. N Main St turns into S Main St once we cross Milwaukee St and leave the N Main St.. It is interesting to me. At least, I find it interesting anyway. I know I am strange and have silly ideas and thoughts once in a while. That’s me!
As far as Citrus Cafe is concerned, I do have to admit that I had a great being away from home for a while on this nice day. Seeing the sans 4 walls day in and day out, it can be a big treat to be free for a couple of hours in your ordinary day and routine even though Jackie and I had done a couple of things today on spur of the moment like going to Diamond Art Collections store and go to the library today before meeting Scott for lunch at noon. We have given ourselves plenty of time to do so.
