Now, after 3 pm, I am home. Eating lunch and heading to bedroom for the rest of the afternoon and evening to retire for the night by 9 pm. I learned while at dialysis that I forgot to take my evening meds last night when Deb texted me that my meds were still in the pm bottle that holds them. I had fallen asleep naturally without sleep aid. I take Tylenol PM to help me relax. Tonight, I will NOT forget my PM meds. The night before last, I realized I did not take my PM meds until 9:30 pm Wednesday evening. I FORGOT for sure last night. Oops…. At least it has been a long time I had forgotten to take my evening meds. Whew!
Anyway, the weekend is now here, and I am home and ready to relax. I have physical therapy twice a week next week with dialysis three times a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Therapy on Wednesday and Friday and seeing my gynecologist on Thursday, January 23rd. A busy week coming up.
