My goodness, what a difference a 20 degree drop in temp makes in people's demeanor! It was 57F when I got up and had to wear a sweatshirt on my walk. I barely got a block away when I greeted a man coming from the apartments. We ended up chatting for a good 5 minutes. Every person I said hello to returned my greeting (at least 5 people). I ran into Heather and we chatted for 5 minutes, until the no-see-ums started biting. Just happy people, glad to be free of those hot humid days, at least temporarily.

Dr. appt this morning for my annual check-in and then I'm done with everything medical for another year.

I did not bike ride yesterday, but did take dog for a 3-mi walk. I had to spend time cutting up the other half of watermelon since I'd run out and then run the scraps to the dropoff. So not enough time to ride and take a shower and call honey.

Finished watching How to Get to Heaven From Belfast last night on Netflix. It was really good. I believe it was from the same writers as Derry Girls which was also excellent.

Honey will stop by tonight briefly on his way to drop off the Coca-Cola themed ash box for his cousin's husband. I'm anxious to see the finished product.
