Cell view vs tablet view
Here is what the new entry page looks like on a Samsung cell:
Then I start typing and it looks okay until i get to the end of the box:
And once it goes far enough, it goes to the next line but then text is cut off and I can move the screen or pinch it to reduce to see the whole thing
Interestingly, I have a better view on an 8"samsung tablet so maybe I need to use the tablet instead:

Oh, that's definitely not ideal. It doesn't seem to do that on my iPhone so there's something different going on. I shall investigate.
I won't get much of a chance to look at these things now until after Christmas but I wanted to get the main things you'd mentioned earlier sorted quickly. I shall look into this part hopefully between Christmas and New Year though.
