Didn't get much done on Saturday because I was really dragging from lack of sleep. But I did manage to get the lawn mowed and grocery shopped and cooked/shredded chicken thighs for dinners this week. Honey wanted his chicken in gravy over mashed potatoes. Just like last week's turkey and gravy.

I was looking for something low-cal to spread on my bread instead of Move Over Butter, and Laughing Cow cheese kept coming up in Reddit discussions. So I bought some. How did I go this long without knowing about it?? 25 calories per wedge! I spread half a wedge of the garlic herb on a large piece of bread and it was delicious!

Also stopped at a pop-up nursery and bought a couple pink/yellow petunias for the pots out front and they also had thunbergia (black-eyed Susan vine) so I bought two of those as backups. The seeds I started inside for thunbergia are not doing very well so I'm glad I will have at least one healthy plant per pot.

It is still plenty chilly so I am not comfortable planting anything yet though. The wind yesterday was strong and cold! I should have worked in my new garden, but in the end I climbed into bed around 3pm and took an hour nap. I really needed it.

It sounds like son and daughter may have talked, because daughter asked for son's email.

Used my Amazon digital credit to rent the movie Housemaid. It was good, but I had to cover my eyes for the gory parts.
