Well, back to winter. We actually had blizzard conditions last night! It was 40F yesterday morning and 2F this morning. The new snow is over ice too. So gross. No walk this morning as I had to shovel instead. My lungs are not happy from the influx of cold air. I'm not sure what is going on and my rescue inhaler is long past expired.

I read where the administration's lawyers were arguing (in one of many lawsuits) that they didn't have to give any grants/money to blue states. If that argument is accepted, then the next reasonable step is for blue states to put their tax revenue in escrow and not send it to the feds. It is fact that blue states put more in than they get back, supporting the red states. So dumb. I wish this was all over. The demented one is so set on revenge and punishment for those that don't follow his will. I don’t know how we ever come back from this pettiness. I miss the days before social media and a computer in every pocket. Where opinions were kept to yourself. Where if you had nothing good to say, then don't say anything at all.

I really need to sleep. I'm starting to make mistakes at work. Pretty sure the McDonald's fries at son's bday party are what kept me awake the other night. My body does not like crap food. That and/or allergies. Something weird is going on with allergies too. Anytime I skip an allergy pill for the day, I'm sneezing all day. Well, at least the 6 yrs of allergy shots worked for 15 yrs. I don’t think I'll go through that series of shots again, though.

Should be busy at work today with this being the last day of school before winter break and all the procrastinators will bring their A-game sob stories for rush requests. I wish they could see me rolling my eyes.
