I wish I knew what is going on with my neck! It started like 10 days ago, I'm on a bike ride around the lake and the back of my neck from my ear on down on both sides, started burning, like someone putting a hot curling iron on my neck kind of burn. It dissapated some as I rode home and when I washed up afterwards, it was gone.

But it keeps flaring up when I sweat. My sweat is burning my neck! And given it is HOT out all the time, my neck is burning all the time. A cold washcloth soothes it. Lotions make it worse. And EVERY night it gets itchy. Really really itchy. Keep me awake itchy. Like, I got up and took a benadryl itchy, even though I already take a daily loratidine.

The skin looks normal. No redness or bumps. It feels dry. It is the strangest thing!

Yesterday was hot, so I stayed inside except to water plants or take the dog out. Finished the filing, made a trip to drop of food scraps and recycling. Hauled the clothes to the donation site.

So I'm sitting in my car waiting for people to show up for the bday party and no one is here. And no one is answering the door. I just texted my daughter and she is on the way here, so I guess we'll figure it out then.
