I woke up at 2am, heart pounding. Fight or flight.

I woke at 6am shaking.

I broke into tears and wailing at 10am.

I am doing all I can do.

Why do so few people understand the consequences of not speaking up? All it takes is calling or emailing any Republican Congressperson in a swing district, or any Republican Senator and saying enough. This is not about taking sides. This is about continuing to live in a country where we are free to speak, free to worship, free to carry a concealed weapon, free to be safe from goons breaking down our doors and busting out our car windows because they don't want you to have these rights. This is about preserving the US Constitution, the law of this land. What's in it for you? Everything you take for granted.

There are 27 amendments to the US Constitution of which the first ten amendments are called the Bill of Rights. The gangsters and thugs have actively disregarded almost a quarter of these 27 amendments. (Even more if Jan 6, 2021 is factored in.)

A review of constitutional rights that have been denied by this administration:

Amendment 1: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. Teargassing and other chemical and physical retaliation on peaceful protesters.

Amendment 2: A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. Executing Alex Pretti for carrying a concealed, unholstered, weapon with a permit.

Amendment 4: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. Breaking down door without a warrant, holding gun to head, dragging US citizen out of home.

Amendment 5: No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation. Serving as judge and jury in murdering Renee Good and Alex Pretti.

Amendment 10: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. Ignoring state agencies and state laws.

Amendment 14: All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. Executive order signed Jan 20, 2025 in attempt to strip away birthright citizenship.
