Slowly getting better. This morning I woke with even less pain than yesterday. It is a slow recovery each time. And I'm doing alright now that I know how to respond, unlike last year. Another day of mostly fluids again today.
It is back to usual temps starting today. It was very windy and damp and misty on my walk this morning. I think damp cold is worse than dry bitter cold. Damp cold seeps into your bones. The last several days of sun and 40s is gone for awhile and we'll be looking 20's now. Enough snow has melted that I can see the grass in my front yard, but not my backyard. There is still some snow on the northside of the garage roof. And the snowbanks along my driveway have gone down, but they are still lower-thigh high instead of waist high.. There's a blizzard up north today, but it won't affect us. Something is supposed to hit us Thu/Fri, but they're not really giving us snow numbers yet.
Downloaded the Brave browser last night on my laptap and imported bookmarks from Firefox. Brave is supposed to be even more secure than Firefox, and the built-in ad-blocker and the no-tracking features are superb. It has its own safe search engine built in too and is comparable to DuckDuckGo which I currently use instead of Google because it is safer. Tonight I'll try to install Brave on my phone. (It said it had to be on the laptop first to get the bookmarks synced on my phone.)The less my digital footprint is tracked, the better. And especially after I read how the justice dept is subpoenaing (probably spelled wrong) social media sights Meta, Google, Reddit and others, for personal data from users who speak against the govt. Authoritarianism, anyone? I don't have a social media presence except this diary, but better safe than sorry. I wish I could convince my siblings to switch to Signal for our political chats, but the old dogs don't want to learn new, safe, tricks.
Had my alignment done on my car yesterday too. They said they check alignment when you drive in and mine was off on the rear. I told honey about this later and he said I got taken. But I did a search, and it is a thing. There is laser technology that checks alignment. And I had hit a big pothole on the rear not too long ago.
Work week is slow as expected. I don’t mind the break, especially since I'm not feeling well.

I looked into the Brave browser you mentioned and downloaded it yourself, I also downloaded it. I, too, use Google and Firefox as well. Thank you for the ‘tip’. I passed it on to my stepdad right away in a text. He might already know about Brave, too, though.
My son told me about Brave also. Might look into that.....
I just found out that Brave has been around for a while and my stepdad has been using it for a while now. 2016 is the year I read while looking into it after my stepdad said it has been out for a while.
Well I can say that DD is likely to be more compatible with Brave than it is with Firefox since I use Brave to develop it :)
You can also get Brave on your phone (Android or iOS) and you can sync passwords, bookmarks, settings etc across all devices.

I had never heard about Brave until I read a recent article about a guy who's been using it for 10 years! I don't know how I missed it in that length of time. I did download it to my phone, I just need to remember to use it!
