i've got my eyes wide
you've got your big G's
i've got my hash pipe
weezer
only pipe i ever owned is lost somewhere in the depths of my parent's house basement. i lost it about 20 years ago and i can't roll a joint to save my life, hence my doobage smoking days pretty much ended. the weezer song rocks nonetheless--bass guitar absolutely kicks ass.

i never did have that pint of Guinness. sad thing really, because it was unholy cold this weekend. i got my regular high running. took a different route that would put me at an 8 mile run. the hills were the devil's joke...steep and long. reminded me of the hell the high school track coach put us through. i ran track grades 7 - 9 and quit my freshman year. months of shin splints and hairline fractures pretty much killed my track career. i wasn't mentally or physically ready to run. in fact, i don't think i was ready for much of anything throughout my grade school and teen years, even part of my 20's. by age 30...life begins to really slap you in the face "Snap out of IT!" your body gets older, the time that goes by, you never will get back... time to get your ass moving...either do or don't do, be or don't be. unfortunately, we all wear an expiration date. at least i hope that my ass will be in decent shape before it goes to the urn.
i ended up only running about 7 miles and then hit the grocery store to do some food shopping before the mad play-off game rush. i walked home with my packages...about 1 mile. surprisingly, my legs aren't sore this morning. i thought for sure i'd be hurting, those hills were unbelievable. about 3 long steep hills...in 10 degree weather.
the cold air and sharp sunshine. blue sky and long steep hills...
they're my hash pipe.
