came to work about 25 minutes late. at least it's a beautiful day out there today...sunny and gorgeous. i would have rather hung out with the cats in my sunny livingroom, but i'm here instead.

wanted to surprise mom by going home this weekend, but it didn't pan out. :-(
i'm needing a mom fix about now. maybe she'll show up here this weekend...

watched the news last night and they reported on Laci Peterson's baby's autopsy. they're thinking it was some sort of satanic ritual killing. freaked me out. was afraid to go to sleep. not too long ago, there was a murder here where the man was basically gutted. they suspected the same thing. it's beyond comprehension how anyone can do such a thing. and it makes me sad for the families to have to hear this junk on the news.

what is it that people find intriguing about satan? in the end, he's captain of the losing team.
