all in all Middlemarch (3 videos) was enjoyable. but i'm a cheater. i should really tackle the book but the thought of checking out that 500+ paged monster from the library stops me dead in my tracks. as dark and gloomy as i am at times, i'm still a sucker for happy endings...

i hope this weather clears up for October so that i'll be able to scope Mars. i can feel the tension and irritability that this persistant rainy weather is nurturing among the general population around here. they need nice sunny weather.
i have to say, though, that i don't mind this type of weather. the only down side is that it envelops me in a blanket of lazy. instead of heading to the gym after work, the goal now is to head for my bedroom pillows for a 4 hour nap. i've become a slacker. but i guess that's what i need to be at this point. these naps, though, keep me up later and it's beginning a vicious cycle of going to bed late, getting up early and then fighting to stay awake at work. not good.

fall. i was never really a fan of this season but i've put my hopes in it. looking forward to the leaves changing color, clear star filled night sky, and perhaps finding a solution to my school dilemma.
