one full bloom on my christmas cactus. a real beauty. i love flowering plants. can't believe it's pretty warm out there, rainy but warm. it'll be good running weather once i get out of here. yesterday was a rest day so i'm not as sore. actually feel pretty good.

i just inhaled lunch. my stomach was growling. now for a nice cup of greentea and honey and i'm good to go.

it was a great ending to a stupid day yesterday. i received a box filled with wonderful things from my buddy. books, a cd, articles, a gorgeous freesia scented candle (this candle really kicks butt!) and an autographed photo of Spike!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
can't wait for tonight's Angel episode...Drusilla makes an appearance.

i have to say, morale feels pretty low here today. maybe it's the weather? maybe it's the stress of the holiday season that's practically at our heels. regardless, i'm sitting here with a nice cup of tea, some funny reading material and plugged into great tunes.

Ah, Dru... ya know what... i miss Darla. Juliet Landau was not unpleasant to gaze upon. Especially when she came back human and was all confused and so much different than the Darla we were more familiar with.

thanks, i think i'm getting the hang of the digital camera. and yes, calicohead can have a little bit of an attitude (but we both know they are big softies inside)... perhaps they are long lost cousins or something...
