i've got one week to prep myself for the bad mammogrammer! i still think i'm too young, but it's what the doc ordered. at least it won't be the time of month when i'm particularly sensitive in that area.

i heard a beautiful song today on wxpn...in my sleep no less...it was awesome. i thought it was morrissey, but turns out it's ryan adams. the single is "So Alive".

it's a beautiful sunday late afternoon and i've gotten the mandatory nap with the cats in and not much else. that's what sunday is all about...putzing around but really doing nothing. it's how it should be. doing nothing for some people is tough. "wasting time"...i figure, this is time i won't ever get back so i'm going to enjoy it when i can.

well, time to go contemplate dinner. all this doing nothing has made me a little hungry...and there's a ripe avocado with my name on it.
