a long long time ago, in a galaxy far far away, there was a diarist named franny that manned the ship bananafish. she liked to write everything in lowercase. it was easier. grammar was no concern. she had no fear of the red pen english majors would whip out to correct and debate etc. etc. etc. she liked using ... too.

to make a long and boring story short...(ahem)...she had to go away due to the many trolls roaming the deardiary halls. out they came, the disenchanted...the troublemakers...the bored looking for amusement. she hung up the ole name inspired by a favorite character in a salinger book, she tore down the boat named after a favorite short story by the same author. cyberspace trouble had crossed the line into her real life and left messages on her work telephone. this, in turn, had a direct and negative effect on the dept she worked in and everyone's contact information (or lack thereof since it had to be removed for safety reasons). see what chaos the mentally insane can cause?!!

i've been here from when the dear diary site was donning a pencil logo with a parchment background. back when reallyrick and jamisinc ruled the coveted top ten list. lots of new faces, new names, and old trouble donning new names...and that is the reason why if i don't recognize you, you're not welcome here. i don't need more drama sold to me, or the drama that follows it either...so...

take offense that comments are deleted...sorry but that's how i'm running this ship.

the feature to only allow comments from the diarists i list doesn't seem to work so i'll go back to listing the banned diarists names (we all know who made that list!). it's a pity i can't ban IPs...
