the men that do the cooking in our workplace cafeteria rock! the mac&cheese is freakin' awesome today!!!! yee haa...
no worry. i'll be doing 200 meter sprints (4 reps) with 100 meter rests. before i begin the sprints, i jog a mile at a slow pace to warm up. my legs feel stronger the next day and the sprints get easier. tomorrow, i'll do a nice long run...maybe a 5 miler. i guess it's become a sort of tradition...running on New Year's morning.
it'll be marathon year beginning tomorrow. yee haa!
