went for an awesome run yesterday. still debating whether to go today. the only thing i worry about is the dumb-ass drivers that think they can speed in this kind of weather. the cold really doesn't bother me. i think my circulation has definitely improved since i started running. i'm getting addicted to that runner's high. it feels awesome. ;-))

finally finished Dan Brown's Angels and Demons, a good read but long. i'll have to check out his other books but now i can give that running book my full attention.
