well, i spoke to my supervisor regarding the lack of respect two of my co-workers have when dealing with me. i basically told her that the bad attitude and constant friction is making me not want to come into work. i told her, "i don't want to be here".

i really can't do anything about how people behave. if they don't want to be my best buddy, that is fine. but when their assinine behavior begins to affect my work, when it makes my job harder, that's when i have to draw the line. i don't hang the phone up on people, i let them finish their sentences. but i am not allowed the same courtesy. and it's pissing me off. especially when they cause messes and leave them for me to clean up.

there is no communication. there is little respect. and all of this friction is personal crap.

i think she realizes i'm tired of it all. i want to quit. have come close at least twice within the last 2 months of just walking out.

i guess i should brace myself for payback. usually when i go to my supervisor for help, the parties involved gossip to their buddies and whala! my garbage piles up, my lights/computer/ are left on, and people decide to call in when we're short staffed...

this is sucking the life out of me.
