feeling good is hard work. it's moving the muscles and sweating up a storm. it's taking the time to feed your body with good food, and treat it with devilish icecream. it's indulging in a long distance call to the closest friend you've got, rambling over Buffy and Angel and sharing our smitteness with Spike.
it's finally getting tired of feeling like shit and getting over it already. it's not caring who's attached to my ports, or hacking in my diary and email.

it's forgiving yourself for bad things you've done. it's being determined to climb the hill so that you can run down. people can only hurt you as much as you allow them to.
