My Words vs AI

My words

Dialysis went well today. I was there for my normal three hour treatment, but I got on 40 minutes early and was off the machine at 2:22 pm when I am on until 3 pm or a few minutes after.

Janesville, Wisconsin had a severe thunderstorm today that brought on hail today while at dialysis today and by the time I left at 3:30 pm, it was only raining. I waited for my ride in-between the lobby doors until my ride came and put the ramp out for me to drive my power chair into the van. I got home and had to wait for Jackie to arrive from the car shop because she needed to get it looked at. Her car apparently has some issues.

After Jackie got back, I saw that our friend Mikey who lives in the building like  me, was with her. I am NOT fondly liking Mikey myself but do wish the best with his future cancer treatment DOES go well and kills his cancer!

Dialysis went smoothly today. I had my usual three-hour treatment, but luck was on my side — I got on about 40 minutes early and finished at 2:22 pm instead of closer to 3. Always nice to get a head start.

Meanwhile, Janesville got hit with a severe thunderstorm while I was hooked up. Hail rattled outside, but by the time I left around 3:30, it had eased into just rain. I waited for my ride in the space between the lobby doors until the van pulled up. They put the ramp out, and I rolled my power chair in.

When I got home, I had to wait for Jackie — her car was in the shop. She finally came back, and to my surprise, Mikey was with her. He lives in the building, but I’ll be honest: I don’t really care for him. Still, I do wish his cancer treatment goes well and beats the cancer.

My Thoughts

It’s okay to use AI to help you write profess in a job setting, but for a diary or journal entry, your own words are good enough. Seeing it two differences does help me create better entries in the future, though.

I like your version. It sounds more.... human. 💗
I understand and get it.
