I think I snapped, people! I had a good day UNTIL this evening. My good day turned into a very bad night and, oh boy, it is frustrating me to no end right now. I can’t sort my thoughts out at this time. I will have to wait until my meltdown settles down I guess. Ugh! What happened? Why did I have this meltdown? I have been doing very well lately, too! Now, I’m not so sure!! Ugh!!! I will be okay ONCE I calm down. I will be writing about my meltdown elsewhere and recording my thoughts in my Dear Diary Journal page online.
