Dear Diary is my home away from home, and this month I lost the privilege of having a debit card in my ready for the time being. It is not permanent, but I cannot have control of my finances in that way right now. I told Jackie that I have been with Dear Diary for a very long time and I want to continue being a paying customer 😺😸 I told her about how I found Dear Diary 24 years ago online, and how the website came about, and she said I can keep my membership with DD. Even though the cost went up to $3.99, I am still a member with DD. I would be lost without DD if I could not be here anymore. I would be very lost and actually, pissed, with Jackie for a few hours and remind her for a while.
Over the weekend, by the 3rd, on Monday, the debit card information was put into my Stripe account where Steve helped create an account for me so all I had to do was have Jackie put in my information in. The ONLY part of the card I know is the last four digits of the card number. I am okay with that right now. I haven’t lost EVERYTHING in buying things. If I want something, I will just ask and show jackie what the money is going for. So, I am still with DD and relieved. I do not like not having control of my finances right now, but that will change in the future once trust is re-established in time.
Woohoo, DD commences into the future in the life of Kristi Karnopp. Yay!
