Although I DID keep my temper under wraps at dialysis this afternoon, I am more unhappy with the staff’s forgetfulness at any given time I am a patient in the care of the employee and staff at MercyHealth. I learned that a tech forgot to get some blood after treatment to determine the good cleaning number I have been running at 2 hours and 45 minutes!
