I could not sleep in my bed for a couple of nights because the bed stopped working properly all of a sudden. I ended up sleeping and sitting in my lift chair in the bedroom for the weekend. Deb called the company to see how to trouble shoot the bed, but that did not prove any good results. So, sleeping and sitting in my lift chair over the weekend and until last night, was the only thing I could do. I slept okay in the chair, but it was an experience I don’t want to have again too soon. None of us, Jackie, Deb, and I could not understand WHY my bed stopped working properly after ONLY two years and the thought was NEVER revisited again until yesterday when my caregivers almost thought the new system for the bed was not going to work when Deb realized that the remote for the bed needed to be synchronized to the new motor, lol. The new system worked wonderfully for us and I got back into bed last night since last Thursday when the bed stopped working for good because the motor burned out. We learned, yesterday, that Amazon no longer sells the product we had and the warranty for the product was never signed with the company! Oops! I will NEED to talk to Jackie about signing a warranty page for the product we replaced.

As far as my bed is concerned today, after sleeping in bed last night for the first time since last week Thursday. I find the new system nice, quiet, and smooth riding, and the remote is better than the first one I had had for the first motor. I wonder WHY Amazon stopped selling the first product for the bed and the company we got the replacement at $199 later and within 7 business days of ordering the second product, I want to admit is much nicer than the first product that quit working properly two years later. I believe, to be very honest with you and myself, that my first bed part was defective from the start and it took two years for the part to wear out completely as it did stopped working a couple of times because the electricity to the cord and box had disconnected itself twice before. Well, when product stopped working correctly last Thursday morning. Ugh for a couple of days. I didn’t sleep so good in my lift chair, but I di get some rest. After last night, being able to stretch and move more because of plenty of space, my bed became my sleeping quarters once again after a few days was a big treat. I slept, for at least 5 hours last night, fairly decenty.
