I am not upset or bothered that after a good night’s rest/sleep all 7 nights by 10:30 pm or at least by 12 midnight, I ended up pulling an all-nighter last night. In other words, I did not sleep. Why I stayed up all night is not known, and that is okay, but tonight I am back to being asleep by 10 pm or so. Getting 5 to 9 hours of sleep with the tv off by 9 or 10 pm each night makes my bedroom darker and all I have light from my laptop is the light that is on and is illuminating off the ceiling and bedroom walls in the dark. Last M through F, I had the tv off for a while and got sleepy and slept through the night with wake up moments because of the cats or I awakened from a dream. Dream? Yep, I dreamt, and to be very honest, I haven’t dreamed foe so long before this week because I haven’t had a good sleep for a long time. Staying up ALL night last night is no big deal. I had a busier day than I had thought I was going to have as I did not lay in bed all day watching tv and playing games on my iPad while Jackie worked for/with me, and my boyfriend Ken and his mom Tanya came by for their visit. Tanya has been so busy and she did not realize that at least 2 months have passed since their last physical was, but it was 3 months! It was wonderful to see them in person Sabbath afternoon.Now with it being Sunday morning, not purposefully staying up all night last night, I do have to admit that I will NOT be pulling another all nighter again tonight. I know exactly what to do to get the sleep I need. By putting everything down and out of the way, turn the tv off, and lay in total darkness, sleep will indeed come/happen. Woohoo! More later as I have something important to write and share on Facebook I will be posting it as a diary entry here or in My Dear Diary I Journal spot. I will be working on it today for sure. I have found that it IS much better to sleep in as total darkness as I can manage. It's amazing what a difference it makes! I hope you can get some good rest tonight.... it's so important....
