Note:

At this time I am not going to dialysis on T, Th, and Sat at this time. I am home Saturday and Sunday without treatment until Monday morning at 10:30 AM to 2 PM or said different time due to another appt elsewhere regarding me being on the kidney list, weight loss program, or any tests I have to have done every year to stay caught up for being on the kidney list.

Dialysis Update for the Day

Since I am being trained on the dialysis machine for doing hemodialysis at home (in the home) with my caregivers in a different part of the clinic at Fresenius Kidney Care for the next 3 weeks M though F with the weekend after Friday afternoon treatment/training, and DO NOT have to go to dialysis on Saturday. Home treatment will be with a day off in the week and no dialysis on Sunday would be a good idea. When dialyzing at home for 3 hours 4 days a week and on Saturdays makes dialyzing 5x a week cleaning the blood or taking toxin and fluid out depending on my weight before and after dialysis. Also, the home machine will be smaller and doing the same thing the clinic machine  does but be more compact in my way of thinking.

Ok, let’s see what next week brings to the table and see how it goes before I say more than what I should right now. Let’s get through the next two days here, til Monday when I go for another training session at 10:30 pm. I do not want to jump ahead too fast. We are in the training phase now and it actually began today. It was a clean session but no fluid was taken out today. More to come. Thank you for your patience.
