I have another good reason to be unhappy with the dialysis staff. Apparently, a set of labs had to be redone from last week BECAUSE a tech FORGOT to grab labs AFTER treatment! That is my WHAT statement today. I am furious about it and I will be telling Jackie tomorrow when I get the chance. This is WHY I am wanting to leave MercyHealth Dialysis and go through SSM Health as my dialysis team so badly. It’s time for me to leave MercyHealth for good. The MercyHealth franchise is no longer a pleasant place to be. Although I have my favorites at MercyHealth, but it is ONLY four places!
