Dialysis almost did not happen today. I was told that Jaime, the Director of the MercyHealth Dialysis Clinic wanted to talk to me about the Hoyer lift, and I did not want to because I was angry—not happy, so I left the clinic to go downstairs, and texted Jackie to call me ASAP, and apparently, Deb said that Jackie was looking for me. I did not know that she was coming to find me. Well, Jaime found me downstairs getting ready to drive home and was calling Deb because I was upset. Jamie convinced me to go back upstairs, and we used one of their gait belts to help me stay steady on the scale to weigh-in. 100.1 kilograms-4.2 kilograms = 95.9 kilograms. I need to lose some weight, and being inactive, but becoming more active as I have been in a year.
Dialysis did go smoothly, but when my BP (blood pressure) went below 100/50, the machine had to stop pulling fluid to clean only. The machine took over 1600 kilograms of fluid. My body reaches 2000-2500 kilograms only for some reason. I do need to lose weight, too. Today, Dr. Anjum did his rounds and when he came to talk to me, he was impressed with my goal weight being at 92 kilograms and plans to keep my goal weight at 92 kilograms at this time. Getting close to my goal weight satisfies me and Dr. A fine. Although I must wait for now, getting to 93 kilograms is okay, too. I want to get to 85 kilograms again, too.
With dialysis done by 2:30 PM, got my weight on the weigh-out, and headed out the door to find my ride waiting patiently for me when I got downstairs. Deb was already at my place waiting for me to get to the lobby. I ended up waiting for her in the lobby for a minute or two, lol. The elevator took a while to get to her, lol.
