My Dialysis Update Journal

Dialysis, today, I was on the machine at 11:15 am. I was able  to dialyze through for 2 hours and 45 minutes without too many machine issues. My blood pressure did go below 110/50, but not below 109/50 today. Even though Chelsea was the dialysis technician for pod #5, Tiffany the technician put me on today. She was floating between all 5 pods. I was able to get off 2200 kilograms of fluid and toxins off and out of my body today without having to stop the machine from pUlling the allotted amount of fluid and toxins from my body. Because my BP read 109/53, Teresa the nurse gave me a pill to bring up my BP. It never went below 110/50 after the med began to do its job. Because I was on the machine by 11:15 am and was out the door by 2:15 pm today. Now,I am looking forward to a day of relaxation tomorrow.
