Please forgive me for not writing ✍️ about dialysis until today. The holidays took a lot of my time, and I was on a break anyway. I am back today though. Is that good enough? I think so. 🙂
It is the 2025 year now, 10 days into the month. Where in the world did December go? Even though the holidays between Halloween and New Year’s Day things have come and gone by so quickly and the feeling of being overwhelmed has occurred more than once in this household to be very honest with you that my dialysis treatments from the past several days to today have been smooth and good treatments. The only thing about the holiday season is my weight, but today I finally reached 93.8 kilograms. In pounds that is 206.7. I need to lose a few pounds to maintain my name on the kidney list. I will he busy for the rest of the month and the month of February.
Samatha (Sam) the tech (technician) is back from maternity leave, and I got to see pictures of her baby on Monday when she was my tech that day. It was nice to see her again. Her baby, Everlea is a cutie pie! I am glad Sam is back.
Today was an okay day. I got through treatment without having to stop the machine from pulling fluid out today until the last twenty minutes and I got downstairs after getting unhooked at 2:55 pm.
