I will still be going to Fresenius, but not to dialyze at the clinic where I have been going since July 1st, 2025. I am going to another part of the clinic to learn how to do hemodialysis on a machine for the home to do dialysis in the home. It is WHY I have chosen to leave the MercyHealth Dialysis Clinic when I did, plus going to MercyHealth Dialysis Clinic, I left because the fact I felt nothing was being resolved in my complaints and the nurses and technicians would record my meltdowns in my MyChart and not tell me about it. When I had one week left at MercyHealth, all but two of the technicians made it very difficult for me that leaving my favorite techs and nurses behind until I heard how mean they were behind my back. A sadness in me that crept into anger for my favorites. I was hurt deeply and decided not to send the MercyHealth Dialysis Clinic any cards for special occasions like I first planned to keep in touch.

So… today began my caregivers training on how to do hemodialysis in the home. Dr. Anjum does NOT offer hemodialysis treatment in the home. Starting today, we had our first training session and will be going everyday Monday through Friday except for when I have another appointment I can’t miss at Froedert Hospital and Clinics with regarding weight loss.

I do not have to go to dialysis on Saturdays for the rest of the month.
