My Dialysis Update Journal

I know this happens 3x a year only, but going to the dialysis center on Sundays and on a different day I am used to going to get treatment, I have to admit strongly, that it is very challenging, frustrating, and it makes me feel discombobulated. With my mental illness being what it is-anxiety, depression, and panic disorder, I find change difficult at times because I am used to a certain schedule or way about things. I am still learning how to accept change more freely then I have done so in the past, but it took years for me to find the right therapist/counselor to work with me.
