My Dialysis Update Journal

I am now, happy that I will be going elsewhere for dialysis starting Tuesday. I will miss some of the staff I grew to love, but Mercy has left a bad taste in my mouth in the past 3 years and their actions and ways just got worse through the years. I can’t explain or go into detail, but I haven’t been happy with some of the practices in MercyHealth anymore. The trust in my primary doctor at Mercy was lost and the dogs had a good meal one evening. It was bad and it began to spiral from there since November 2022. Mercy and their prac don’t worry about the patients like they once did. It the money they worry about the most. These people are money hungry whereas SSM Health does care and put their patients first and listen to them. The past couple of years, I have been closed lipped with my doctors BECAUSE telling them ANYTHING went on deaf ears as if I was not heard. I think I said too much already! Damn it.
