When it comes to Londun, the technician at dialysis, she tells me that her helping me is not in her job description when the other girls and guy, Jon, do help me. Jaime, the director, FINALLY found a way for me to get a weigh-in and weigh-out, and they are supposed to use a gait belt to help me get on and off the scale safely, and Londun seems to falter at the idea of helping me. I do not understand why she feels the way she does. Why work as a technician for dialysis if you feel it is not in your job description to help the patients? That is all I have to say because I am feeling MercyHealth has not taking me seriously because I must be some joke or something. I know for a fact that MercyHealth has problems keeping employees in every aspect of the workplace.
