But the biggest reason for this post is to let you know that if you get stuck we really want to help you. Click the envelope icon at the bottom of the screen and you can contact us for help. We are here to help!

If you're finding something on the system that's difficult to use, please use the envelope and let us know. If you're finding it difficult, so is someone else! But we won't know unless you tell us 😀

We have created some YouTube tutorials at https://www.youtube.com/@DearDiaryNet1999 although there's not many yet, we are working on creating more.

Okay, I'm not seeing the 'envelope' you are referring too. I'm coming here to mention that when I click 'save' on my latest entry, there is no message that pops up to say.. 'Your entry was saved' or whatever it said before. Now it MAY be flashing so fast that I don't see it (the site is very snappy and quick by the way :-) ) Anyway, I end up clicking 'save' twice because I wasn't sure if the entry was posted. Those are my gripes for the day... 💗😋

I'll look into the saving entry thing because it's set on a timer, so the speed should bee irrelevant. The envelope should be in the footer bar with other icons... Is it not for you?

Are you talking about the footer with X, Pinterest, etc? There's an envelope, but it sends me to an email page with a link to my diary entry and is waiting for me to put in a recipient. Not a help page

Should be a bar at the bottom of the screen, fixed in place which will have an orange background if you're on this diary, but will be whatever background colour the diary theme is...

OY! I didn't have my screen maximized and so it didn't show. I just adjusted that and it popped up down there! (slaps forehead) I'll use that next time for troubleshooting.

So, the new entry created box not showing, I /think/ is a bug that is related to the whole timezone issue that Tim's had (and more than likely others too). Unfortunately, to fix it requires a bit of a jiggery pokery in the database and the display logic. It's getting late now and I need some sleep, but I will find a way around it shortly :)
