Feedback Time :)

So, the old DearDiary had the concept of an 'entry footer'. I prefer the term 'entry signature' these days, but what's people's thoughts?
My idea for this as a concept is that you would use the editor (i.e. the one you write an entry with) to create this signature and it would be automatically appended to the entry content within the editor itself. That way, if you didn't want it on a particular entry, you simply delete it. Or you could edit it like any other part of your entry - it's just automatically populated for you so you don't need to keep typing it each time?
Thoughts? :)

well, since I am the one who raised this in Bugs&Enchancements, I'd for once would love to have it with the option of remove (personally, can't think of occasion when I wouldn't want it on the entry, but agree there might be reasons out there). To me personally it means - I can have my Previous / Next / First fancy buttons, unless you plan to add navigation to the diaries anyway?
Yeah the navigation would be a separate bit :)
yay! that would be so great!!!
ok, in this case I can use my signature/footer for something else, like for "personal message to the world" or for a quote of somebody else's wisdom...or even - my credit card details&pin...as long as there is a place somewhere, there'll be always something to place there ;- )
Yeah probably not that last one though ;)
