Some fixes to Dark Mode + Bonus Goodies

I think I've adjusted most of the things that MissTick brought up in her comment - though I likely haven't fixed them all. Leave another comment if I've missed anything MissTick 😀

I've made some more changes to the rendering of the calendar in DM because it annoyed me that hovering over a date made the background colour the same as populated days. And I also noticed that the ring around the edge of the day you're reading was the same as the ring for 'today' - if there's already an entry on today. So that had to change too.

In other news, you now have 2 options for viewing the entry navigation. The calendar is the default, but you can also view by entry list. The list will show ALL your entries - so if you find it's getting a bit unwieldy on your device and slowing things down please let me know and I'll look into how I can refactor it. This is more likely to affect those like KSmiley, D'vorah and others who have LOTS of entries 😀

    yay! all looks fixed now for ENTRIES in Dark Mode (still not my favourite ;-) ) Calendar still same (in Dark mode you forgot to fix the hoover current date thing - still filled with orange, not the frame) BUT what I want to say - the entries list is totally awesome! so handy when you want to reference one your own old entries, but forgot when it was posted! (and the stripy background is a neat touch too! ) May I put forward a suggestion for discussion: what if we'd have Entry list reverse order - latest entry at the top, then the rest going down into the scroll - this way it won't matter how many old entries one has - you won't have to scroll to the bottom of a list to get to the "previous" ...Maybe it's just me though, so would like to hear what others think.

    I mean, to be fair, having the Entry List in reverse order sounds like the best idea and I'm totally not sure why I didn't think of it. D'oh!
