Water battle

Last night was fun night in town 5 different fire companys from the area came to compete it was really not as hot as i thought it would be and if course when you go to watch these guys battleing you do get wet but that is ok it is a lot of fun.

Now tonight i just don’t know i was planning on attending the car cruise but it is at a church in Butler with big black top parking lot, now they are calling for another hot day in the 90s so i am still debating going there of the parade in Saxonburg sigh i will decide later and they are also calling for random thunderstorms so i will see how things are looking later right now i am leaning toward parade.

      It was a fun time all the fireman were really having fun every now and again they would spray water on the crowd to cool everybody off

        That would have made me run away to safety!

          There was no need to run away for safety the water had no pressure when it was squirted up in air toward crowd and it was like rain coming down they would never put the crowd in danger

    I remember in my younger days, I was at camp for the disabled kids like me and my friend Donna who also attended the same camp I did. One year, firemen came and gave us a show using their fire hoses and a large ball on a large line. It takes a lot of water and power to move that large sphere on the line it was on. The firemen had a showdown of a game to get the ball on one side of the grounds, and it was a long morning for some of us who fell asleep watching, lol. Even the fireman allowed some of us to feel how powerful the hoses were to get large house or building fires out. Wow! For a 9 year old that’s impressive and amazing how firemen can save lives of animals and humans.
