One day at a time

West Fest
Sat Jul 27 2024

Today went as planned Mom got her hair done and Lulu and I made it to trail after that I picked up mom and we went for breakfast that all didnt take long then I was off to Westfest it was a lot of fun so much to see and do I had lunch there 2 hotdogs, with kraut baked beans and macaroni salad they had a few bars open there also I had a couple speciality drinks 🍺 can’t remember their name or what was in them but they were delish. I saw all the shows and was starting on second time around but I was feeling warm so as it was 4:30 I decided to come home. Had some dinner and took a small nap 💤 very small as Lulu wanted to play so well maybe 20 minutes it was enough.

Tomorrow after our walk I am not going to brunch the car cruise I want to go to starts at 11:00 so I like to get there about 1/2 hour earlier to get a good parking spot this one is only about one mile from my house so not that far it is sponsored by “Blast from the past” car club I like going to theirs as they are a lot of fun.

After reading Lana’s recent entry I realized I also have been writing ✍️ for 20 years I looked back on my early posts LOL I really gained a ton of weight on 20 years oh well just need to keep working on losing it I suppose, ok that is it for today tomorrow is another day.

Hey, happy Anniversary to you too, Tim! isn't it great to realise one's train of thoughts keeps running for so long, like a good vintage engine ;-) Personally, I feel that the experience recorded here is the best way to see one's growth, not in weight-way but in life's perception-way...At least, that's how my own musings form the past look to me- I take some things differently now and reading some of my past entries confused me a bit - did I seriously thought this way?! and with this comes wonderful satisfaction of making such a progress from immaturity to...well, let's not call it maturity yet, somewhere "slightly more maturity" perhaps? Anyway, here is - to the more thoughts to come to keep this engine running!
