Last Monday was my short 3 day trip to Kentucky it was a lot of fun and very busy. We started at a farm called Old friends it is where retired race horses go to enjoy the rest of their lives it was great to see those horses enjoying life instead of running races. After that we went and got dinner at a really nice buffet then went to the Jack O lantern Spectacular, that was amazing so many carved pumpkins in a park at night 1/3 of a mile path it was great. The next day we spent most of the day touring Church Hill Downs the track where they hold the races and most important Kentucky Derby after that we toured the fancy French Lick resort it was quite the resort and we had dinner there. Day 3 we had a guided tour of downtown Louisville that was fun and interesting, after that dinner cruise on a paddle boat that was a fun cruise, after that on our way home i really enjoyed our little 3 day trip.
