It has been ONE YEAR and 12 days I have sort of quit counting the days but was excited when I checked the counter and saw i finally made my one year mark it has been an interesting battle and I do mean battle but I persisted and never took as much as a puff. And I survived so I use that to keep my quit going I know now I can live without that misery again although do not want to be too confident as I know a guy who went back after 3 years so need to stay on top of it....
I have the next 2 days off from work no special reason just need to use up personal days before end of year and am glad I did as tomorrow morning temps suppose to be below 0 wind chill so great day to stay inside..
This coming Sunday I need to prep for my colonoscopy on next Monday was good a year ago but I guess because of my age he wanted another this year , expensive, last one cost me almost. $ 800.00 that insurance did not cover but what the heck guess it is worth it to be certain I am healthy
