The weather people are predicting a pretty good storm coming tonight through Monday they say 8 to 15 inches of snow then below 0 windchill next week, when looking at Minnesota weather that does not sound too bad, anyhow i thought i better get my generator ready it started ok but had to run 1/2 choke i remember this from last year so i decided to search for new carburator when i was looking at them i found a video on utube to repair that exact carb so i figured i would watch it to see how at least to remove it, after watching it here is where i make poor decisions, after i got home from getting my annual CT scan i decided to tear it apart and clean the main jet which is usually the problem, when i went to put one part back on, don’t know what it was for, it would not go then i saw an oring was not fitting right so trying to roll it up into place it broke, damn it, so i figured what the heck i don’t have an oring that small so put it together without oring and it ran perfect with choke completly off, i call that a win i don’t know what that part was but must not have been very important. Bring on the weather.

Yep we are getting it 15 inches so far shoveled my driveway twice already and it is still coming down going to wait till tomorrow to plow out moms driveway meanwhile i think i will be shoveing my driveway again i am only shoveling a little over have i can get quad in there to do the rest
I hate to say it, but I'm kind of jealous. We rely heavily on snowfall in the mountains for our water in the summer around here and so far.... it's been a pitiful showing. Everyone is wondering if we are going to have the Spring storms. March and even into April. It's not as good because the snow tends to melt and not go into deep freeze up in the higher elevations. We shall see... But 15 inches and more IS a real project, I won't lie.
